Michigan

The Trump campaign announced on Wednesday that they have filed a lawsuit in Michigan.

The campaign wants a court to pause the bill until there are Republican election inspectors where distance votes are counted.

The campaign also wants all ballot papers counted without an on-site inspector to be recounted.

On Thursday, Michigan Judge Cynthia Stephens rejected Trump's lawsuit in the state.

Stephens notes that the lawsuit was filed just hours before the final votes were counted.

Pennsylvania

Republicans on Tuesday sued Montgomery County election workers.

They are accused of giving voters with invalid ballot papers a chance to vote.

At a court hearing on Wednesday, District Judge Timothy Savage was skeptical of the mood and wondered how the election was damaged by voters being asked to vote right.

In another lawsuit, also filed in Pennsylvania, the Trump campaign wants the state vote to be suspended due to poor transparency.

On Thursday, a decision was made to guarantee that Republican observers can attend.

The counting of votes is not paused.

Rudy Giuliani, an adviser to President Trump, spoke about election fraud in Pennsylvania.

Something that the governor of Pennsylvania reacted strongly to.

A third trail for the Trump campaign in Pennsylvania is a case that began before election day and has already reached the state's highest court.

A judgment approves the counting of postal votes sent on election day and arriving until Friday.

Now the Republicans want the Supreme Court of the United States to overturn the state ruling and HD has flagged that the ruling can be overturned afterwards.

Three conservative judges wrote in a statement that it is likely that the court in Pennsylvania violated the US Constitution.

Election workers in Pennsylvania responded by clearly distinguishing postal votes that arrive after election day.

Georgia

On Wednesday, the Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in the Chatham county court.

Unlike Pennsylvania and Michigan, the purpose of the vote here is not to pause the counting of votes.

Instead, the campaign claims that late ballot papers have been mixed with valid ballot papers.

They want a judge to make a decision that ensures that late ballot papers are sorted out so that they are not counted.

On Thursday, Judge James Bass announced that the lawsuit was dismissed without further motivation.

According to the news agency AP, election workers testified that the 53 votes in question came in on time.

Nevada and

Wisconsin

There are no concrete moods here yet.

In Nevada, Trump wants the counting to end as his campaign suspects that voters who have chosen to vote by mail may have voted several times.

Trump has also said that they will demand a vote in Wisconsin, which the losing candidate can do again.

If the margin is less than one percentage point.

However, such a request can not be made until the election result is officially completed - and it can take a couple of weeks.
