Last February, Breil-Barberie district, an octogenarian was injured by this driver who did not appreciate that she asked him to park elsewhere.
The old lady was however within her rights since, unlike her, the man did not have the authorization to park his vehicle in this dedicated place.
The victim, who had fallen heavily, had come out with about fifteen stitches, says
Ouest-France
.
The defendant, who had fled, had taken several days to respond to the summons from the police.
On Tuesday, during the hearing, he apologized.
