Shen Zhili, female, Han nationality, born in June 1962, from Changtu, Liaoning, joined the Communist Party of China in December 1986 and started work in July 1981, with a doctoral degree on the job.
From July 1981 to September 1984, he served as a teacher in the sixth middle school of Baoshan District, Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province;
