"Alcohol among young people is declining on a national level, but in Västervik it is the opposite," Fatos Durmishi, a field worker in Västervik, told the newspaper.

According to the field, there are adults who are willing to buy out alcohol to 10-year-olds, but also that adults buy out to high school students who in turn sell the alcohol on to younger children.
