According to the investigation, "On November 1 of this year, during the execution of drilling operations in oil mine No. 3, as a result of violation of the industrial safety requirements of hazardous production facilities, the elements of the mine structures were ignited."
"The fate of two miners of the contracting organization remains unknown to date, their whereabouts are being established," the message says.
