Voting in the presidential elections ended in Moldova

The turnout as of 21:00 (22:00 Moscow time) was 42.74%.

The current president of Moldova, Igor Dodon, said that the elections were "free, correct and democratic."

Earlier, the CEC of Moldova reported that the presidential elections in the country were recognized as valid.

Eight candidates, including the current leader, are running for the highest state post in Moldova.
