The Council of Ministers, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, approved the General Budget of the Union 2021, with a total estimated expenditure of 58.1 billion dirhams.
