European countries have resumed blockade measures due to the corona19 re-outbreak.



Following the second blockade in the UK following France and Germany, there are concerns about a medical upheaval due to the surge in corona19 confirmed cases.



As citizens go to buy consumer goods to prepare for the blockade, stores are running out of stock.



European Commissioner Hans Cluge of the World Health Organization said at an emergency meeting with European health ministers on the 29th of last month that the number of new confirmed cases in Europe increased by about 1.5 million over the past week, and after entering the pandemic, the largest increase was seen.



Deaths from Corona 19 have increased by more than 33% in one week.



According to the European Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the share of intensive care units in hospitals in Europe has doubled in 17 days.



The hardest hit is the Czech Republic, with 62 hospitalized COVID-19 patients per 100,000 population.



Romania followed with 57 for every 100,000, Belgium with 51 and Poland with 39.



The Washington Post pointed out that Europe's intensive care unit acceptance is rapidly approaching its limit as the second pandemic spreads.



Governments around the world have implemented a second blockade that has been restrained in view of economic recovery and civil complaints.



The UK has decided to reintroduce a four-week blockade across England, with cumulative confirmed cases surpassing 1 million.



Earlier, France decided to close the nationwide blockade for a month starting at midnight on the 30th of last month, closing non-essential businesses such as restaurants and bars.



Germany has also entered a blockade of restaurants, pubs, cinemas, and entertainment venues.



Italy, with more than 30,000 new confirmed cases a day, has restricted the opening hours of restaurants and bars to 6 pm from the 26th of last month.
