According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 24 new confirmed cases from 0-24 o'clock on October 31st, including imported cases from abroad. 21 cases (7 in Gansu, 5 in Shanghai, 3 in Inner Mongolia, 3 in Guangdong, 1 in Fujian, 1 in Sichuan, 1 in Shaanxi), 3 local cases (all in Xinjiang); no new deaths; no new Increased suspected cases.

  On the same day, 20 new cases were cured and discharged, and 688 close contacts were released from medical observation. The severe cases were the same as the previous day.

  There are currently 300 confirmed cases imported overseas (including 2 severe cases), and no existing suspected cases.

A total of 3380 confirmed cases, a total of 3,080 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

  A total of 5,924 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Among them, there were 5323 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (5089 discharged cases, 105 deaths), 46 cases in Macau Special Administrative Region (46 discharged cases), and 555 cases in Taiwan (515 discharged cases and 7 deaths).
