The center emphasized that the average temperature during November ranges between 24 and 25 degrees Celsius, the average maximum temperature ranged between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius, and the "minimum" temperature ranged between 19 and 21 degrees Celsius.
According to the center, the average relative humidity during this month was 57%, the average maximum relative humidity between 76% and 85%, and the average minimum relative humidity between 29% and 39%, while the highest year that witnessed a recurrence of fog during November was 2016. As the number of fog occurrences was 13 days of fog and six days of light fog, and the highest amount of rain recorded during this month was 211.4 mm on Delma Island in 2013.
