The spokesman added that after his arrest, the person turned out to be a Saudi citizen and in an abnormal condition, and he is being referred to the Public Prosecution.

Saudi media published videos of the moment the car hit the gate of the Grand Mosque, and the Saudi security men took the car away from the sanctuary grounds.
