"1,970,540 people took part in the elections, which is 56.11% of the total number of voters," RIA Novosti quotes CEC press speaker Anna Mikeladze.
According to the CEC, 30 constituencies and 3,852 polling stations have been established in Georgia.
Earlier it was reported that Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili voted in the parliamentary elections.
