"Over the past 24 hours in Russia, there have been 18 140 confirmed cases of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 in 85 regions, including 4401 (24.3%) actively detected without clinical manifestations," the message says.
It is noted that for all the time, 1,618,116 cases of the disease have been registered in the country.
The growth rate was 1.1%.
The day before, it was reported that 18,283 cases of coronavirus were detected in Russia per day, this was the maximum since the beginning of the pandemic.
