Outside of the country, a strong earthquake of magnitude 7.0 occurred at around 10 p.m. last (30th) our time in the sea among Turkey and Greece.

So far, at least 27 people have died and over 800 people have been injured.

More than 20 buildings all over the city collapsed like this.



Citizens scream and run out.

earthquake lasted for over 10 minutes, killing 25 people.



On the nearby island of Samos, Greece, a building collapsed and two people died.



About 3:30 pm local time yesterday, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Aegean Sea between the west coast of Turkey and the island of Samos, Greece.



The vibration was strong enough to be felt in Athens, the Greek capital.

Tsunamis occurred all over the coast, and waist-high seawater hit the town.



As Turkey's third-largest city, Izmir, Turkey, with 6 million people, has been hit hardest.



In addition, aftershocks may occur, causing further damage.



The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea said that it has been confirmed that there has been no damage to the Korean people during the earthquake.
