If someone says that our country does not systematically comply with the decisions of the ECHR, this is not true, ”he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
According to him, Russia's adherence to international obligations is also confirmed by the history of the application by the Constitutional Court of the right to recognize as unenforceable decisions of international bodies, including the European Court.
As noted by Halperin, in five years, the Constitutional Court used this right in only two cases out of thousands.
