Reading of books is declining among young people, surveys show year after year.

At the same time, young people take part in lots of different stories via video games, via Tik-Tok and on Netflix.
Made a timeline
The students in the three classes that are part of the research project have made a timeline of all the stories they have read from birth to high school.
Everybody knows Bamse.
Some have read the stories about LasseMaja's detective agency, others are familiar with the game Fortnite.
Now they will share the history universe with each other - to eventually take part in stories that are completely unknown to them.

Passed through video game characters
In recent lessons, they have gone through different video game characters and the students also get to discuss what a text really is.
- Everything must be updated, including Swedish (the subject), says student Vera Lundmark about the lessons.
