Among them, the proportion of men who answered "don't care" was higher than that of women.

  In addition, for the reasons for not paying attention to eating habits, 35.3% of the respondents answered "no special reason", 27.5% thought "work (including housework, childcare) is too busy", and 25.3% answered "because it is troublesome".

  In terms of exercise, 33.4% of men answered "have exercise habits", while only 25.1% of women answered.

According to the report analysis, in recent years, the lack of female exercise in the country has increased.

Regarding the reasons for not paying attention to exercise, 38% of the respondents said that "work, housework, etc. are too busy to have time."

  According to reports, the subjects of the survey were 4,500 randomly selected families, of which 2,800 families gave valid answers.
