The Interior Ministry has posted online the certificates to download to travel during the reconfinement, which comes into force Thursday evening at midnight.
Proof of professional and school travel, two new features compared to the confinement last spring, are also available.
The exceptional travel certificates are back.
With the reconfinement, which comes into force on the night of Thursday to Friday at midnight and at least until December 1, the French will again have to justify their trips.
The Ministry of the Interior has posted the travel certificate to be completed on its website, which can be downloaded and printed or written on plain paper.
As during the first confinement, it is also possible to fill it directly on your smartphone.
The certificate is valid for one hour.
It allows you to leave your home to go shopping, go to a medical appointment, play sports (alone and less than a kilometer from home), go to your place of work or to pick up your children at school.

Two new features: proof of business travel and school travel
The government has also posted two additional documents online compared to last spring.
First of all, proof of business travel, which must be completed by your employer (and whose validity period must be specified), will be required to go to his place of work.
Proof of school trip, to be signed by your child's host institution, is also available.
It will be necessary to pick up your child from school, since the government has authorized their opening (from nurseries to high schools) despite the re-containment.
It will be valid for the duration of the restrictions.
The fine will still cost 135 euros to offenders.
