From November 1st, Beijing will promote the application of cold chain food traceability platform to implement unified management of imported frozen meat and aquatic products.
When residents purchase imported frozen and frozen meat and aquatic products in shopping malls and supermarkets, they can scan the electronic traceability code to inquire about the relevant information of the purchased food.
According to requirements, Beijing imported cold chain food production and operation entities should follow the "Beijing Cold Chain" applet through WeChat or Alipay, and complete the registration of the main user.
And starting from November 1 this year, the imported refrigerated and frozen meat, aquatic product varieties, specifications, batches, origin, inspection and quarantine, flow and other traceability data have been truthfully uploaded.
Imported cold chain food production and operation units that have established their own traceability system can upload data by means of batch import or system interface.

"Beijing Cold Chain" implements "first station code assignment" management, and carries out electronic traceability code assignment for related products according to batches.
