France, where Corona 19 is reproliferating, is implementing a second full-scale movement limit this year.
French President Emmanuel Macron has announced that it will enter a nationwide blockade from 0:00 to December 1 on Friday.
With this blockade, all non-essential businesses will be suspended, and certificates must be submitted to move.
It is forbidden to go out except for the purchase of daily necessities, exercise within an hour, and appointments, but the school is open.
Prior to this, Germany also announced a limiting blockade for four weeks starting on the 2nd of next month.
In Germany, restaurants, pubs, cinemas, theaters and other recreational facilities are closed until the end of November, but shops and schools are open and restaurants are allowed to be sold out.
