Abu Dhabi Police seized 3 Asians in possession of 380 kilograms of narcotics

 Abu Dhabi Police seized 3 Asians, in possession of 380 kilograms of cannabis drug and 400,000 pills of narcotic drugs, in an operation called "cross-border" which dealt a heavy blow to dealers of these toxins.

Brigadier General Muhammad Suhail Al-Rashidi, Director of the Criminal Security Sector, praised the efforts of the anti-drug men and their keenness to follow the accurate security measures according to court plans that had a great impact on overthrowing the gang that was run from outside the country to target the homeland and drown its youth into abuse.

Colonel Taher Gharib Al Dhaheri, Director of the Anti-Narcotics Directorate in the Criminal Security Sector at Abu Dhabi Police, stated that the operation began with the arrival of confidential information about the existence of a gang that seeks to promote a quantity of narcotic substances, and accordingly, a security plan was developed to arrest the gang that focused on removing all its members in the act of being caught in the same time.

He explained that the plan was able to overthrow the gang formation and control the quantities of drugs in their possession after they acknowledged their action, and then complete the legal procedures against them and refer them to the judicial authorities.

 He affirmed the Abu Dhabi Police’s great interest in combating drugs because of their grave negative effects on society and is keen to overcome obstacles and challenges in order to limit their spread and control those involved in promoting these dangerous toxins on youth.
