The Municipal Police arrested the two people in charge of a local on Calle de la Cruz last Sunday morning, accused of locking 36 clients in the premises for more than six hours.

According to the police version, the owners of the premises saw how the agents were conducting an inspection of the premises on Calle de la Cruz after midnight.
To avoid the fine, they
chose to lower the locks and put the keys inside.
The worst thing was that they asked customers to give them their cell phones since they could not ask for help.
At about 1:30 a.m. last Sunday, a call to 092 alerted that
in a place on Calle de la Cruz there were people inside holding a party.
A patrol from the Centro district approached the place, verifying that, indeed, there was a place with the doors locked and from which music and people could be heard from inside.
The agents, after several unsuccessful attempts to open them from the inside, decided to activate a special device together with the Security Support Unit to assess the situation and analyze the facts.
At 06.15 hours, and after almost five hours of waiting,
the door of the premises was opened and people hurriedly left, trying to escape and attacking several agents deployed there
.
It was then that they managed to enter the premises and prevent the escape of any of these people, proceeding to arrest an individual for attacking an agent of the authority.
Once inside it was found that there were a total of 36 people and, according to some of them, unable to leave the premises despite their willingness to do so, so two individuals were arrested for a crime of illegal detention.
In addition, inside the premises it was observed that these people
were mostly without using masks, without keeping the safety distance, not complying with the regulations regarding social distance
and other hygienic-sanitary requirements, each of them being denounced by these reasons.
In the premises,
several bags of pink narcotic substance
(
Tucibi
), white narcotic substance (MMDA), and 3,200 euros that one of the people were carrying
were seized
.
Remains of cigarettes and tobacco in hookahs were also discovered, and
the person in charge was denounced for smoking in front of the acting agents.
The premises
did not present an activity or operating license, as well as the mandatory civil liability insurance,
refusing at all times to collaborate with those responsible for it despite the fact that the people who were inside were in great danger, since the doors They were locked and with no possibility of escape in case of emergency.
The detainees
have been brought to justice for the crimes described as well as in relation to the obstruction of the inspection of authorities
, the premises facing sanctions for serious infractions of the Law of Public Shows and Recreational Activities of the Community of Madrid.
Something similar also happened last Saturday morning in another place on Francisco Silvela Street, although this time six clients were locked up.
