He said, “In this case, the government can restart all economic activities. But it all depends on how the new crown pneumonia epidemic develops.”

  Martos added that the Peruvian Ministry of Health has been conducting a nationwide seroprevalence survey to determine the proportion of the population immune to the new coronavirus.

So far, the survey results indicate that 35% of the country’s people are “immune”.
