US President Donald Trump accused American doctors and hospitals of inflating the number of deaths from the Corona virus, on the other hand, the Democratic candidate, Joe Biden, criticized Trump, with Corona injuries reaching record rates.

On Friday, the United States recorded more than 84,000 cases of the disease, and more than 79,000 cases were recorded on Saturday, which is the highest daily level of infections since the start of the pandemic that has killed about 225,000 Americans so far and caused millions of people to lose their jobs.

Activists on social media circulated a video clip of US President Trump accusing American doctors and hospitals of inflating the number of deaths from the Corona virus in order to obtain additional financial support from the government.

Trump said in the video clip that "Hospitals in other countries record the death of a person according to the disease he suffers, and if one of them has a heart or cancer in addition to his infection with Corona, they record him according to his illness and not because of Corona, and therefore we are surprised at the few numbers in those countries."

Wow - Trump pushes a baseless conspiracy theory that US coronavirus deaths are overcounted because "doctors get more money and hospitals get more money" if they say people died of Covid instead of other co-morbidities they might have pic.twitter.com/9ug2AjoZvA

The US President added, you know that doctors - as well as hospitals - get other money if they record death due to Corona.

Many doctors on social media condemned Trump's statements, describing them as lying, insulting and deceiving the electorate.

Doctor Rob Davidson, director of the Committee for Preserving Doctors and Medical Services Providers, commented that "this is an insult to me as a doctor. We record deaths based on what happened to them, but if you did your ridiculous job there would be no such numbers of deaths to be recorded in Corona, according to a study conducted by Columbia University." The numbers would have decreased by 130,000 people. "

As a doctor, this is such an insult.

We report deaths how they occur.

If you did your damn job we wouldn't be reporting so many # COVID19 deaths.

About 130,000 fewer according to a Columbia University study.

American journalist Amy Maxman also tweeted, "Doctors and nurses are on the front line .. They are the heroes of the non-outbreak of this epidemic. Indeed, Trump is spreading lies to tarnish their image after they saved his life."

Frontline doctors & nurses are the heroes of this outbreak.

Trump is spouting lies to vilify them — just after they saved his life.
