As the Covid-19 contamination curve continues to increase, the government is preparing to take new measures.

"To do something effective, it's a minimum of two weeks, but it's really very short," said Stéphane Gaudry, professor in the intensive medicine and resuscitation department at the Avicenne hospital in Bobigny in Seine-Saint- Denis, at the microphone of Europe 1 Monday. "But we should rather do a one-month lockdown. I think this is an extremely difficult decision to make because it will have consequences beyond the health system. We are all aware of this, we health professionals, but we need teamwork to be able to provide the best possible care to our patients, ”he continued.
