The Department of Human Resources in Ajman issued a circular to government agencies in the emirate regarding taking the necessary measures to violate precautionary measures and preventive measures in the context of preserving the safety of government employees, in line with the efforts and measures taken at the national level to limit the spread of the new Corona virus.

The department affirmed that employees are obligated to conduct periodic checks for the virus, according to the statements received from government agencies, sent to the National Survey Center in the emirate, and according to the examination periodicity established for this, and to control violations related to non-compliance with measures, procedures and preventive measures, and to take the necessary measures towards administrative accountability, and the violation and referral of any employee Not committed to the Administrative Violations Committee, whenever any violation of the measures is attributed to him.

The department will provide government agencies with the names of the employees who failed to conduct the checks.

The employee’s violation of public health standards and rules in the work environment, and failure to adhere to the instructions and precautionary measures issued by the concerned authorities, is a violation that requires investigation and disciplinary accountability.

The circular indicated violations of non-compliance with the precautionary measures to limit the spread of epidemics, which require administrative accountability, and include the employee's handshake with others at work under the precautionary measures, and the gathering of a number of employees or dealers at the workplace without achieving the conditions of social distancing, and not wearing the muzzle at the headquarters Work, the employee’s refusal to conduct a medical examination, and the employee’s failure to adhere to the circulars and evidence issued by the competent authorities in the country regarding the regulation of precautionary measures in a way that limits the spread of epidemics.

It also includes not informing the injured employee of the relevant authority in the department about his health condition, entering the workplace despite knowing of the positive result of his examination, and concealing the result from the direct manager, the department, or his colleagues, in addition to not informing the employee of the employer about his contact with a 'Covid 19 », or failure to adhere to home quarantine instructions in accordance with the directives of health authorities when contact is proven, and the direct manager’s failure to take the necessary preventive measures and measures, if it becomes evident to him that one of his employees has symptoms of“ Covid-19 ”disease, and the direct manager does not adhere to supervision The commitment of its employees to implement the precautionary measures inside the workplace.
