"The Republic of Artsakh, as a party to the Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict, confirms its readiness to comply on a reciprocal basis with the conditions of a humanitarian ceasefire, which will enter into force on October 26, 2020 at 08.00 (07.00 Moscow time)," Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook.
He noted that he welcomes the agreement reached with the mediation of the United States, which was agreed upon at the initiative of the presidents of Russia and France.
Earlier it became known that the joint statement of the United States, Armenia and Azerbaijan says that the ceasefire for humanitarian purposes between Yerevan and Baku "comes into force at 08:00 local time (07:00 Moscow time) on October 26, 2020".
