He pointed out that he sat with the accused the next day, and asked him about the seriousness of the offer, so the accused repeated it, and asked him to allow him to contact one of the people, and he asked the person who called him 15,000 dirhams as a deposit to the policeman, then he agreed with him to receive the amount at the center’s position, pointing out However, he went on the specified date, as the second and third accused attended and they were arrested.

For his part, a Dubai police witness who took over the process of arresting the second and third accused, after they handed over the deposit to the reported police officer, said that the first accused (the bribe) informed him that the other accused were aware of the details of the bribe, and that they were about to hand over a sum of money in exchange for enabling him to escape.

The witness added that by asking the second accused, he admitted that he knew that the amount he brought was a bribe to a policeman in order to allow the first accused to escape, while the third accused denied knowledge of the details of the incident, noting that the second accused asked him to accompany him to the center to hand over a sum of money without knowing that it was A bribe to a policeman.
