Last night he lost control of the car and ended up in the square, overwhelming a scooter and a group of young people, including some minors, who were chatting.
In the crash the scooter caught fire and some people took to the street to extinguish the flames and provide assistance.
The young man after the crash resumed driving and ran away.
The license plate of his car dropped in the square to frame him.
