The bodies of seven people have been found in a fertilizer container arriving in Paraguay.
The container came to the country from Serbia.
According to authorities' spokesman Marcelo Saldivar, the people were probably migrants who were to crash in a container illegally in Serbia's neighboring country of Croatia, where the container was first taken.
Remains of food found near the bodies suggested that those in the container had only prepared for a short trip.
The probable cause of death for those in the container is suffocation.
The container toured Paraguay via Spain, Egypt and Argentina.
Workers at a fertilizer plant found the bodies in Asuncion, the capital of Paraguay.
The bodies were already badly decayed.
Paraguay intends to contact Serbia through the international police organization Interpol to establish people's identities.
All the victims were adult men.
