Negotiations can be postponed
How it will be with this year's lease negotiations is highly uncertain.
The tenants' association wants to postpone the negotiations a bit into next year and perhaps some of the public benefit companies will agree to it.
With regard to the private side, the Tenants' Association has received a request from the organization Fastighetsägarna.
- They have claimed 2.7 percent in the county, but they have not specified for the places in the county yet, it will probably come later, says Oscar Jansson Magnusson.
