Earlier, Efremov paid compensation for moral damage to three victims - the widow, brother and youngest son of Sergei Zakharov, who died in the accident.
It was also reported that Vitaly Zakharov, the eldest son of the deceased in an accident, is against the mitigation of punishment to Efremov.
