Most of the respondents (29%) were in favor of traveling to St. Petersburg.
Moscow was in second place - 17% of respondents recommend going to the capital in autumn.
Kazan occupies the third line of popular cities with a million-plus population for an autumn trip.
13% voted for it.
The top five also includes Nizhny Novgorod (8%) and Rostov-on-Don (7%).
In addition, 5% of the respondents would like to go to Volgograd.
Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh and Samara won another 3% each.
A total of 1.9 thousand respondents took part in the survey.
