Reveals: Here the doctor writes a health certificate for covid - before he knows the test result

SVT's reporter booked a time for sampling to see if it was possible to get a negative covid certificate before the sample was analyzed.

The doctor in charge at the clinic, Tomas Westin, states that the certificate is not valid until it has been confirmed by text message.

- There are very many where it is bumpy for them to have to go back and forth, he says.

After SVT reported that the procedure violated the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations according to the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate, the doctor backed off.
