The two prosecutors in the case, Sofia Corin and Klas Lundgren, had two of the four accused men convicted for having taken part in beach forest on the municipality's land in Tylösand being harvested illegally.

But neither the punishment nor the criminal classification was what the prosecutors demanded in the verdict that Halmstad District Court came up with on Tuesday.

The principal was not convicted of grievous bodily harm, other than incitement to grievous bodily harm and incitement of arbitrary proceedings.

The punishment was not imprisonment, but a suspended sentence with a 200-day fine - a total of SEK 200,000.

But whether the prosecutors intend to pursue the matter further in a higher court, they have not yet decided.
