A patient who received care at Blekinge Hospital jumped out of a ventilation window - and received injuries that required intensive care. A Lex Maria application has now been established.
After the incident, all the windows at the hospital were checked, as well as how they can be kept locked in a safe way.
The investigation, with implemented measures, has now been sent to the Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate, IVO, according to the report.
