“The Karabakh issue does not have a diplomatic solution and, starting from this moment, it will not be for a long time ... Practice has shown that what is acceptable for Armenia is unacceptable for Azerbaijan.
This shows that it is pointless to talk about some kind of diplomatic solution, at least at this stage, ”he said.
Earlier, Pashinyan said that he was ready to come to Moscow to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and hold talks on Nagorno-Karabakh.
In turn, Aliyev expressed Baku's readiness to hold negotiations in Moscow and in any other place.
