“Employees of the Moscow department of Rospotrebnadzor conducted an inspection at the Moscow State Technical University named after
Bauman after receiving information about the increase in the number of cases of coronavirus among students.
On the spot, the employees stated non-observance of antiquated measures, it was decided to close the buildings of the university, ”the headquarters for the fight against COVID-19 emphasized in the capital.
Later it became known that due to violations of coronavirus measures, an administrative case was initiated against the legal entity at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, and the students were transferred to distance learning.
The Moscow Rospotrebnadzor indicated that during the examination of the premises of the university, a number of violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements were revealed: restrictive measures are not taken in full in relation to contact persons in the event of a patient being identified in a group, as well as final disinfection of classrooms, public places.
Along with this, the buildings are not cleaned of all rooms with the use of detergents and disinfectants, as well as the treatment of all contact surfaces every 3 hours.
“Administrative materials will be sent to court.
This article provides for administrative punishment in relation to legal entities in the form of suspension of activities.
The epidemiological investigation continues, ”the department concluded.
The danger of hypothermia
Rospotrebnadzor recalled that hypothermia in the autumn-winter period reduces the level of protection of the body against respiratory infections, including COVID-19.
The department indicated that in connection with the low temperature established in most Russian regions and the start of the epidemic season for influenza and SARS, measures should be taken.
"Simultaneously with the assessment of hygienic standards for air temperature in the premises of temporary and permanent residence of adults and children, it is necessary to pay attention to the health and functioning of heating systems, the efficiency of heating and heating equipment," the ministry said in a statement.
It is noted that this is especially important in the case of social infrastructure facilities, in particular, medical and educational institutions, boarding schools, social service institutions for children and elderly citizens and other organizations.
