According to RIA Novosti, the rule applies to tickets for flights to Russia, purchased from October 16 and with a departure date before March 25, when contacting no later than half an hour after the flight was sent.
It is noted that in order to change the date and reissue a ticket, you must contact the place of purchase of the ticket or the contact center of the company.
Earlier, the Russian government approved a decree legalizing the right of airlines to issue vouchers to passengers instead of money for flights canceled due to the emergency regime.
