The accused added that he went to the upper floor, referring to the room of the victim and his wife, because he had seen money in it previously, when he came to work in the villa months before the crime was planned, pointing out that he opened one of the drawers in a table next to the bed on the side of the husband so he woke up and grabbed him, except that The accused took out the knife and hastened him with stab wounds in different places of his body, and the wife woke up and attacked her and a jostle took place between them. He walked to Dubai Al-Ain Road, then called the person who drove him and asked him to come and rode with him, and he was arrested later.

The victim (an 18-year-old student) stated that she was in her bedroom on the ground floor, and heard a distress sound, so she went quickly to her parents' room, and used the telephone lamp because the lighting was off on the floor, and while she was walking, she was surprised by the accused leaving the room and stabbing her in the neck, and tried to resist and kick him. But he ran away, so she went to her parents' room and saw her father lying on the ground drenched in his blood, as well as her mother on the bed, so she tried to talk to them, but they did not answer her, and her younger sister came and closed the door on them, and used her father's phone to call the police and her father's friend.

In addition, the driver who drove the accused said that the accused met him near the National Bridge in Sharjah, and asked him to drive him to Arabian Ranches, and he took his phone number to call him later, and at five in the morning he called him and he came to him at a bridge under construction on Dubai Al-Ain Road, and he was He was afraid and had marks on his neck and barefoot, so he asked him about what happened to him, and he told him that he had quarreled with some people.

For his part, a member of the forensic investigation team from the Dubai Police stated that the accused planned to commit the crime, due to his previous knowledge of the villa, as he participated in maintenance work in it, pointing out that the tool used in the crime was found in a sandy area 500 meters from the villa.
