A Lyonnais sentenced for sexual assault on minors in buses

At 18, the young man was tried on Monday by the Lyon Criminal Court.

Already prosecuted before the children's judge for sexual abuse committed last year, this Lyonnais is accused of sexual assault on four victims, in a bus, between September 4 and 15, as indicated by

All the victims are minors and one of them is under 15 years old.

The student admitted the facts: he always took the same bus line when the high school students left La Favorite (Lyon 5th) and then rubbed himself against the buttocks of teenagers.

One of them said Monday to feel "soiled" by this assault.

The attacker was apprehended by the gendarmes, after being identified by one of his victims, while he was attacking another girl.

The defendant was sentenced to 10 months in prison with probationary suspension, as well as an obligation to care and compensate the victims.

His name was entered in the file of perpetrators of sexual offenses and it is now forbidden to exercise an activity in contact with minors.
