Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, witnessed the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between the Ahmed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation and the Yitzhak Rabin Center, which deals with humanitarian, educational and social work.
