Calm also seems to have returned to the forest region, in the south of the country, where defense and security forces are deployed after unrest broke out in Nzérékoré, Kissidougou and Macenta.

During this time, the compilation of the results continues.

According to the spokesperson for the Ceni, the reception of the minutes from the centralization commissions across the country began Monday evening.
