In Uppsala municipality, nine out of 90 accidents on the E4 in the last five years were serious or fatal.
In Knivsta it was ten out of 60 and in Tierp the figure is 16 out of 61.
One of those who knows what it is like to crash on the E4 in Tierp in particular is 21-year-old Felicia Engvall, who got aquaplaning two weeks ago.
