results of the audit related to the decision to close early Wolseong Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 were finally revealed.

The Board of Audit and Inspection's conclusion is that the economy was unreasonably undervalued.

However, it did not come up with a judgment that the right or wrong decision on the early closure policy did not fall within the scope of this audit.

Board of Audit and Inspection concluded that it was unreasonably underestimated for economic feasibility, one of the key issues.

He pointed out that Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power did not correct this even though he knew that the sales unit price contained in the economic evaluation service report was set lower than it actually was.

However, the Board of Audit and Inspection said that the right or wrong decision on the early closing policy of Wolsong Unit 1, which is the purpose of this audit, does not fall within the scope of the audit, and that there is a limit to seeing the results of this audit as a comprehensive judgment on the validity of the decision to close early.

The decision to suspend the operation of Wolsong Unit 1 is that it comprehensively considered safety as well as economic feasibility.

In addition, it was determined that the act of Suwon Han's decision to close Wolseong Unit 1 early did not constitute a denial.

He said it was difficult to say that he did not take profit and was willing to inflict property damage on KHNP.

The Board of Audit and Inspection did not take disciplinary action, including direct charges against those involved in early closure.

However, it was decided to notify the authorities to use them as personnel data for reemployment and rewards, saying that strict personnel measures are necessary for former Minister of Industry and Industry Baek Woon-gyu.

Disciplinary action was requested against two persons, including the director of the Ministry of Industry, who interfered with the audit, such as deleting related materials.
