A YouTuber was arrested this Saturday while driving at 233 km / h on a road limited to 80 km / h on the outskirts of Madrid (Spain).
The man was denounced by a "citizen", according to the press release from the Spanish police.
The YouTuber then filmed himself at the wheel of a “high-end” car loaned by one of his followers.
He had gone to test the vehicle on an M-45 service road, the expressway circling the Spanish capital.
The follower was not aware of anything
Specialized in the automobile, this youtuber has more than 2 million followers.
He posts car test videos on his channel, detailing the pros and cons of vehicles.
His channel, which has 445 million views, has already accumulated 1.3 million for the only video shot on Saturday during this speeding ticket.
The owner of the car, a loyal YouTuber subscriber, was also arrested and questioned by police.
He explained that the YouTuber had not warned him that he intended to test the vehicle's maximum speed on public roads.
