The deadline for exempting violators of the "residency" law ends November 17th

She noted that visa holders wishing to leave from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras al-Khaimah airports must attend six hours before the flight departure, and those wishing to leave through Dubai Airport must review the deportation center at the Civil Aviation Security Police near Terminal 2 48 hours before the flight departure.

The official portal of the UAE government reviewed the fines in the event of exceeding the period of entry permits or visas, indicating that in the event that a tourist or visitor exceeds the period of stay permitted by the entry permit or visitor or tourist visa, it is considered a violation and will be fined 200 dirhams for the first day, and 100 dirhams for Every day that follows, an additional 100 dirhams service fee will be charged upon leaving the country.

With regard to residents of the country, the law gives them a 30-day grace period either to amend the situation and provide them with a new guarantee or leave the country, and in the event that the grace period ends and the resident exceeds 30 days, he is fined 125 dirhams for the first day, 25 dirhams for each day that follows, and 50 dirhams for each day Excess after six months, and 100 dirhams for each day exceeded after one year of the grace period.
