Sörmlanders have previously been quite bad at vaccinating themselves against seasonal flu, says Signar Mäkitalo, infection control doctor in the Sörmland Region.
This is despite the fact that there are studies that show that it provides good protection against severe flu illness.
With the corona pandemic, there is another reason to take the seasonal flu vaccine.
