Dubai Municipality detects customers' suggestions by default

Dubai Municipality organized 30 virtual forums during the current year, which witnessed the attendance of nearly 1000 customers of all nationalities.

This comes within the framework of the municipality’s commitment to continuous communication with its customers and monitoring their suggestions, needs and observations that would develop the department’s services in various fields.

Director of Customer Relations and Partners Department in the municipality, Manal Bin Yaarouf, said: “The organization of these virtual forums with customers resulted in the launch of a set of initiatives and monitoring of the most prominent development proposals that have always had a great impact on the journey of comprehensive improvement and development of its services. Dubai for its vision of building a happy and sustainable city. ”

It is worth noting that Dubai Municipality undertakes a set of initiatives aimed at monitoring the observations, needs and suggestions of various groups of customers, such as the "Meet in the Field" initiative.
