After the urban art route with Studio Harcourt in 2018, the project “From Art to Ourcq” in 2014, the operation Inside Out by JR in 2013 and the cathedral of graffiti in 2012, the canal de l ' Ourcq is transformed into a fresco from year to year.
Of varying size and scope, the works are scattered along the Ourcq canal over more than 10 km of banks, from the Villette basin in Paris to Aulnay-sous-Bois.
